This seems an unreasonable limitation for just about the most expensive backup software on the market. The end result of that was being told that their product wasn't designed to be used on a campus network, so I'd either have to use an indirect cloud service (files stored locally first), or an external HDD. Scheduled a tech support session over TeamViewer. It successfully made the directories in the target NAS share, but failed with a "directory inaccessible" failure when trying to do the backup. Both devices are on the uChicago network, but FullBack couldn't connect to the NAS. The intended backup target was her NAS device.
She is a professor at The University of Chicago. It did not migrate my old Quicken or Quickbooks but I expected that as I read somewhere that it wouldn't do that. Had to reinstall iTunes but it then linked into all my music after that. and because my computer is used to generate the family income so if things are going to go bad - ladies first! I am so amazed! I only had to reauthorize my Office 2007 including Outlook, and my old Dreamweaver came over without a hitch.
I always try the risky stuff out on her first because I love her so much. I just finished my second transfer last night with no hitches, just like the first one I did for my wife. The cost was seemingly steep compared to the competitors but I was convinced you were worth the cost (family pack) and took the plunge. Some programs had been orphaned as I did not have the original source to reinstall on the new computers. I was so NOT looking forward to fiddling around with years worth of programs and data.

I stumbled across your product in a search to transfer my windows 7 environments on my wife and my computer to new windows 10 computers. I am a computer consultant located in Boise Idaho, USA.
Great product and did what I thought impossible I suggest you find another solution- I REALLY wish I had. wait for it.36% complete! This was relatively expensive for some really buggy and HORRIBLY inefficient SW. It's now 32GB of 422GB transferred and still shows. Seems I will have to babysit this for hours.

Took half the time to reboot the old PC than it does for this application to detect a connection on the new PC. Restarted the old PC but it's been over 10 minutes for the application on the new PC to reconnect and start the transfer again. Complains about the connection between the PCs but gives no indication its having issues until it just stops transferring. Its going to take a REALLY long time to transfer, imagine if it was over WiFi. Shows its writing to HDD at only 700KB/s while loading the Intel core I3-8100 CPU at 38%. Still shows 36% complete with 19GB of 422GB transferred. This is RIGHT AFTER SUPPLYING A DOWNLOAD KEY FOR THE EXECUTABLE!) SW is extremely slow to start, took 10+minutes to detect I needed a windows update, really? Took several minutes to detect the PC it was running on- the brand new one! Progress shows 36% complete but only 13GB of 422GB have transferred. Requires both PCs be connected to the internet (SW just fails to initialize with no error message several times until finally it tells you it needs an internet connection to 'validate' itself.

First requires ethernet connection between the two PCs but no info on how to configure. ZInstall 'Easy migration' is everything but easy. SLOW and Anything but 'Easy' Not worth $$$
